Diwali is the festival of lights which is celebrated in various regions across India. The name ‘Deepavali’ literally means an ‘array of lights’. To make the students understand the importance of Diwali, SVIS had a celebration in school on 20th October 2022. Teachers explained the importance of Diwali, the festival spiritually signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair. Children decorated diyas with colous and glitter.
Both Teachers and students enjoyed the Diwali celebrations wholeheartedly.
It’s all about Celebration of Green Diwali.
This year students of SVIS celebrated diwali with a beautiful song and Drama which gave message to celebrate clean , Eco-friendly and Green Diwali and a dance performance with lamps, which gave a positive festival vibes and lighten the Assembly. SVIS, Amalner firmly believes in celebrating crackers free Diwali, saving our environment from hazardous gases and taking care of stray animals and birds.
